Carabinero experience at Pizarro

Carabineros are a large deep-sea prawn species that hail from the Eastern Atlantic into the Mediterranean Sea. Carabineros are traditionally prepared in Spain by simply cooking them under the grill and salting them at the end, with the head of the prawn absolutely packed full of intense flavour like no other shellfish.
